I’ve been meaning to send a short follow up to our last transaction.

We barely talked then, as it was a very busy time for all. A combination of deadlines, holidays and medical issues kept everyone busy, and it fell to Lissette Sancerni to handle a lot.

I wanted you to know what an excellent job she did. She worked long hours, including a Friday evening closing. Her language skills were very helpful. She remained available, cheerful and positive throughout. And the paperwork (recording of mortgage and deed) is already complete. I find competent and pleasant a winning combination and want you and her to know it is noticed and appreciated.
